Refund policy
Returns and Exchanges
Absolutely no worn/washed items will be eligible for exchanges/returns. Items must be in their original packaging and unused. Returns are approved at our team's discretion, and must have an RMA number provided by our warehouse.
All return or exchange requests must occur within 30 days of your order date. In the case of pre-order sales returns and exchanges must be made 15 days after receipt of item. Returns and exchanges can be requested through our contact form, or email merchsupport@mattsoffroadrecovery.com.
Defects
Any defects can be replaced and/or refunded at our discretion. Proof of purchase must be presented for any warranty or defects. Please reach out to us and let us know of any issues through our contact us form.
